School Professional of the Year 2007 
February 20, 2007 MPE Teacher of the Year, Sarah Resudek MPE School Professional of the Year, Linda Brock 
It is with tremendous pride and pleasure that we announce this year’s winners for MPE Employees of the Year. Our 2007-2008 Teacher of the Year is Sarah Resudek, and our Professional Employee of the Year is Linda Brock. Mrs. Resudek joined our fourth grade team last year when she transferred to us from another Fulton County School. Mrs. Resudek received multiple nominations from coworkers who admire her dedication to each and every student. Mrs. Resudek serves as our fourth grade team leader and will be recognized next week as a Roswell Rotary Spotlight on Literacy Teacher of the Week. Not only is her passion for science contagious; she invests the same degree of passion for each student in each subject. She often sacrifices her lunch time or hours after school to get a student over an academic or emotional hurdle. She is clearly devoted to the success of her students, her co-workers, and the entire MPE Community. Ask any of her present or past students or anyone on our staff and they will be happy to tell you countless other reasons why we are very proud to be represented by Mrs. Resudek in the Fulton County Teacher of the Year competition. Mrs. Brock is outstanding in her role as our beloved school nurse, although the fruits of her selfless labor may only be seen by a small audience. Whether a child needs a hug, a bandage, or emergency treatment, Mrs. Brock has the complete trust of every Mountain Park student, parent, teacher, and staff member. Her dedication to all of our MPE students’ success is more than commendable, and we are delighted to have Mrs. Brock represent MPE in the Fulton County Professional Employee of the Year competition. Both ladies have a huge cheering squad behind them as they move on to the next level of competition. Regardless of future outcomes, they are outstanding winners in our eyes.
